Changing your Life by Changing your Mind! Every Year brings with it many resolutions towards making change, yet most will we never become real.
So, why do we set them or spend so much time on them year after year? A question seeking an answer, but from where, these answers lies.
Is it because we are seeking change or want change, but, are not willing to make the change…then what is it?
We find the people of today, seems and appear to want to blame others for their health problems. Remember this, in all the places, we seek solutions or help from and things that are brought to us; are just from people like yourself, making choices for themselves and sharing it with you.
Here is why, if we did not depend so much on others about our health, we would not be creating the health problem we see today among ourselves? Now you will be asking what, I create my own health problems; well yes, is my answer. I am so serious, because you want to blame some one else for the condition of your health it is in; you do not want to take the responsibility if you make bad choices, so why should some one else take the blame for your body, when you are the one carrying it around and using it all day...just a question.
Now you may want to know, who am I to share those above words, I can say it got you thinking if nothing else. Right about now you're asking, what I know or what you can do for your health, to help improve it from where you are now. Because we are all one and of the same, yet very different in how we care for ourselves, our repair will not be the same. What, each can do is follow an old wife’s tale, BETTER TO PREVENT THAN TO CURE…it simple means follow your instincts and your heart to the advice you’re given and take responsibility for the out come.
Furthermore, pay more attention to your body it always knows and will tell you what is going on with it, inside and out.
It takes a second in a moment for dough to destroy one’s health or anything else for that matter, and a lifetime to understand and to possible repair the memory of the scares that it will leave behind. Not to forget the many blames and regret to follow, and the pointing of fingers.
